In my advertising account management class, my team was assigned Nespresso as our client. We spent the term developing and executing advertising strategy for this brand. The team projects included two main presentations, a competitive review and a strategy presentation. Our strategy covered economic, legal and ethical implications.

Our goal was to articulate the main message and positioning of our client, Nespresso. We located the brand’s position in relation to its competitors in order to find strengths and weaknesses within their advertising practices.
Strategy presentation
Following our competitive review, we took our research about our client’s weaknesses to find ways to improve their advertising strategies. Our solution focused on reaching a new target audience by implementing a new spokesperson, creating more user generated content, using targeted ads, and developing a pop-up shop experience.
